You are not alone - after being moved to O2's backend 360 system in October 2023, I cannot access any historical bills prior to Nov-23. Nor can I access my current Contract wording or any details of orders prior to then, and I have had a few handsets and contracts over the years. It's a poor show all-round, @nick110 - and ring up and ask for a copy of a missing bill, or a proof of purchase for whatever reason, is like asking them to scale Everest...
