two mobile numbers

i recently changed from virgin mobile to o2 a wished to keep the same number of which i have had for years , i recieved my pac code and duly kept my number upon logging into my o2 to view my bill it says there are 2 numbers on the account my number that i kept and i presume the number that came with the o2 sim card , i would appreciate any help in this matter as i cannot find a way to directly contact o2 , if anyone has a contact number for o2 i would be very grateful

The original sim number will disappear from your MyO2 eventually.

It will be an empty entry anyway.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can call 202 from your O2 sim..
