topped up £15 didnt get £2 free credit

i normally top up £10 but it said if i topped up £15 (upgrading to a bigger bundle) id get  £2  free credit but it hasnt gone onto my account, and it is nearly a week since i topped up.

Usually this is added as a virtual allowance so you don't see it showing on your account.

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing with the credit - did you end up receiving the free credit in the end?
