Im asking this for my dad he was a virgin customer transferred to O2 on a pay monthly sim everything was ok to start with but the last few weeks he has been unable to text he receives my messages but when he tries to reply is keeps saying unable to deliver. I have checked the message centre number is right does anyone else have any suggestions please

Did he get a new o2 sim when he moved?
He might need a new one - visit your local o2 store with some photo ID. They should be able to get it up and running before you leave the store @klc
