Hi,

 

i am an existing customer and have been looking at changing my tariff, you have a deal at the moment of a 12 month contract 2gb data unlimited texts and unlimited minitues. this is the one i would like to change to

@Anonymous we can't change anything for you as we are just customers like yourself.

You need to log into your MyO2 or call Customer Services to changeyour tariff
