hi there, my name is jemma williams. my 02 number is (REMOVED)
ive had an unfortunate experience. im on holiday in mexico and sadly had my phone stolen last night. it has my sim card in which is a pay monthly.
im so sad that i may loose all my contacts ive had this phone number for many years.
i will be travelling for a few months so you cant even post one to me.
what would your advice be? should i just block the sim so no one can use it?

You need to contact O2 and report it lost/stolen. They will put a block on sim AND phone.
