After i top up and get 3000 free sms, Why am i still being for for sending sms? I'm very annoyed that this is happening.

Depends where the messages are going.
You can only send texts to standard UK mobile or landline numbers, not premium rate or international.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
