i am a customer of o2 my situation is my phone was dropped by accident and it caused damage to spring tried to remove it and sim card was damaged unfotunately requested a sim swap with same mobile number i was told one had been sent in the post by an advisor it didnt arrive when i contacted again next advisor said he would try again but he was unable to do same again refered me to technical apartment what do i do please

Your best bet is to go into a local O2 store and ask them to do a sim swap for you.. Take ID with you.

OR you could contact the sales team for a new sim as they can help you with that –  Call them on 0800 081 0255 OR message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
