I would like to activate my sim

You need to either do a sim swap if it is a replacement sim card follow this guide here Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If not then you need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
