hi, I have an agreement with 02 to have my £13 fee rolled over to next payment date, however I am unable to use data or make calls, can anyone help?

Sounds like your sim is still barred, so you need to call customer services to ask for it to be removed....

Regardless of agreements, the system always cuts off unpaid accounts.

You'll need to contact payment management to be reconnected.
