request phone to be unblocked

Anonymous
Not applicable

On Sunday the 15th October I requested [Removed] to be unblocked,(moving to BT) I was advised it would take £15, at that time i had £17 & odd pence on my phone and the operator told me everything was fine and would text me with the no required to have it unblocked, The £15 has been removed and i am unable to receive text messages or calls,so i am now left unae to receive the required code via mobile, please can you email myself with an update as i now have not got any phone, my email add Marie-buchanan**Personal info**.

An early reply would be much appreciated

Many Thanks

Marie

You get sent an email with unlock instructions anyway but there’s no reason why you shouldn’t still be able to receive texts?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
