i bought a bolt on 2 months ago, and i now dont need it anymore but it wont let me remove it, how do i go about removing it now?

If it's a data bolt on it will roll over for one month then end automatically.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
