I came into shop in Church  Street Liverpool early December I spoke to a young lady do not know her name. I asked her about a sim card  or plan for USA. She advised me it would cost me £4.95 per day to which I refused.

She said that was all that was available also she told me if I came off my regular plan with yourselves I would lose the excellent deal I had with you. I point blank refused to go on the travel plan.

When I was actually in California I received a phone bill from yourselves and you were charging me the daily rate. My daughter rang from California  spoke to Neel 0n 21/12 at 10.49 USA time she explained the problem to him to which he offered a £5 credit and would cancel the travel plan. To my horror when I came home in January I found an extortionate  horrendous phone bill.

I think you have misunderstood how roaming works @mc7

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
