Hi I am a pay monthly customer and have been for many years....... I have always chosen to use O2 as I could have USA calls as part of my package. I am in the usa and a text message from O2 says you get "unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and all the data you need each day at no extra cost, subject to fair usage policy"

I have discovered however that I cannot call UK mobile numbers or landlines which has left me in a very difficult position. Can anyone help or advise?

A couple of things to try., which may seem noddy but just in case

Have you tried with 0044 or +44 in front of the number?
Do you have 4G calling enabled on your phone and account? 

I would also reach out to Customer Services, and your best bet is to do it via Social Media at this time if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or use skype first thing in the Morning (UK time) and call 0800 902 0217 Guide: A Guide to Skype they open at 8am UK time, and it doesnt cost anything from Skype

@Sloanegal If you download WhatsApp, and the people in the UK you want to contact also download the app to their phones, you can call, text, and video call over a WiFi connection for free. Obviously not possible to call land lines with the app, but at least you can call some numbers.
