Received a new phone last week, but calls are going to the old phone, cannot receive calls on new phone.Apologise if it is something trivial, I am not tech savvy, 60 something Granny, who knows nothing about phones. @Janet6

You need to use your old sim in the new phone if it fits.

If not, do a sim swap starting from your old phone Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

The additional direct debit will be for the device payment.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
