Hi I am recently having poor signal issues indoors and my calls are constantly dropping, I've done all the checklist things on my phone..no change in poor signal..network check says no issues . Is wifi calling free how do I know it's in my contract, I have enabled it on my phone, but no difference... sorry I should explain I'm not techy I'm a pensioner..my husbands phone is saying poor signal to , signal doesn't go over 1 bar... I saw an article about a boost box , would that solve our problem...thank you

No more boost boxes, not for Consumer accounts at any rate, but if you have a recent Smartphone, WiFi Calling needs to be enabled on your account by calling O2 on 202, then enabling it on your phone as here:

Good luck, @Lainey8.
