i orderd an ipad from you which i got today but now my 02 pay monthly phone has been switched off thats not what i wanted i wanted the ipad as extra not instead of my phone

You have obviously UPGRADED instead of taking out a new contract.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
