There are lots of different numbers @Anonymous, along with alternative contact methods such as the online chat facility. You can find all options here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus - the main customer service numbers (which can generally be used to contact any department) vary depending on whether you a re PAYG, Pay Monthly Consumer, Business or Enterprise customer. 

 

Pay Monthly Consumer - 202 from your O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone

Pay Monthly Business - 8002 from your O2 phone or 0800 977 7337 from any other phone

Pay As You Go - 4445 from your O2 phone or 0344 809 0222 from any other phone

Enterprise - you should have a direct line for your dedicated account manager or team.

I'm sorry that you feel that way @Anonymous - whilst I do work for O2, I'm here just as a customer like yourself and trying to help. 

 

The Contact Us page linked to is working fine for me, and provides the best resource for contacting O2, as any number given may not get you through to the right team/department and may end up being a waste of your time. 

 

If you can let us know what your query is, either myself or another customer on here may be able to better direct you to the best point of contact, or even help to answer the query if it isn't account specific.
