can someone help i sent my phone of to 02 on the 2nd of july for anew screen repair i saidi wanted i done then on the 14th july 2020 i received my phone back not fixed but now theyhave added it to my bill sqying the fixed it but ihave a letter sayng different i sent it back of to 02 on the 29thjully 2020 and have no correspondence from them. i have rang 3 times to0 and nothing has been sorted i also een on online hat and nnothing i justwant my phone back but am getting no where

This has happened to me too, I sent my phone for a repair which I then selected the option to pay for a replacement due to it being out of warranty and not having insurance. I then received my same hand set back, and it still doesnt work yet I have still being charged.
I have chatted on live chat who have sent me to call repairs direct, they are not taking any calls. I have left a message 3 times over a period of a week with no response.
Can anyone advise? Thanks
