Please please help me. I am sending this from a hotel on the border of Yorkshire. I am stuck here with 21 other people because of the weather. My flights were cancelled and my luggage other than essentials are at the airport. I do not have my financial details and cannot get them or get to a bank. We are 25 miles away from anything like a high street. o2 have put a bar on my account that i cannot solve. My phone wont ring 2302 and the lines are down here. my new bill is processed saturday and i cant do anything till i am free of here, got to the airport and sorted flights alongside hundreds of others. I have no cash and am living off vouchers. PLEASE DONT CUT ME OFF. Please help with an arrangement knowing i can pay £105 as soon as its possible.
I cannot ring 2302 to speak to an advisor either 😞
Making matters worse and probably why i am so emotional is i was supposed to be back home for the 2nd, my first sons first birthday, I am badly gutted and so alone with others who are trapped but are groups. I feel lost.
