Hi

We normally suggest visiting a store to upgrade or buy a phone due to stocking and delivery delays especially at this time of year.

Or you could if you want to proceed ring O2 O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The Website Has Been Giving Problems For Weeks And even  Then the phone is usually out of stock. Instore is much the better  option.
