Hello
About one month ago I placed an order for an iphone 5c. At the time of ordering it was my understanding the phone would be delivered in 24h.
However, it seems the courier (UKMail) never delivered the package, On the tracking feature of their website the status was updated and it said that the order was being delayed.
I rescheduled the delivery. But then the order status was changed with inaccurate data claiming that the order was delivered and signed for. I called to complain and request the proof of signature and I was reassured that someone would call me back... This never happened.
I have now spend over 6 hours phoning o2 and UKmail, and spend more than £370 for a phone that was never delivered. Despite promises from O2 customer service, the issue still remain unresolved.
Leaving me with no choice than to report this to my credit card company to request a refund for a breach of contract with o2.
Can you please look into this matter and advise me on the next steps for an amicable resolution.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Ray

This is worrying indeed...I hope, as you say, that O2 take these claims about UK mail seriously.
It seems that this delivery company have a lot to answer

It's ridiculous that this keeps happening. It not that it's a simple thing to sort out but two instances in a week where the issue isn't resolved for a month borders on farcical with money taken, goods not delivered and endless frustration for customers having to sort it out themselves with seemingly little help from O2 and not to mention the total inconvenience.
I agree, UK Mail are becoming a liability and O2 really need to get to grips with the problem.
Who knows how many phones actually go missing? Not everyone posts on here and I dread to think of the real figure.
