on line account does not match phone account

My on line account is showing a different number to the one on my phone. I therefore cannot access any of the services related to my number. I have tried to have this reset with no luck. I dont know what I can do to resolve this.. any suggestions would be helpful, this `other` number has been there nearly a year now

Is it an old number that you used to own or just some random number?
Are you logging in with the correct details for your account?
