Hi i have just bought new o2 contract as it was cheaper than upgrade still have old contract open but looling to close and keep old number how do i go about?

Hi @Anonymous you need to cancel the contract then customer service can transfer the number across to the new one

Transferring your number will automatically close the existing account
Just follow the advice in the link posted by @Cleoriff
