I live in the uk but im in Bulgaria at the minute and im currenty on o2 unlimited does this mean i can text and call o2 numbers in the uk from bulgaria and it will not charge me? x

mad mad mad!!!! just phoned o2 customer services they said if you are on o2 unlimited and you go abroad it will NOT charge you so i phone friends and famiy on o2 and it hs CHARGED me a bomb!!!!!! so the answer is no it doesnt count if ur abroad and customer services havnt a clue what they are on about!!!!!!

I'm quite shocked they said that, as the description for O2 Unlimited says that its for UK calls only.

all free calls/texts/interent are uk only, if i was you i'd push the fact you were advised that you could use it abroad and see if you can get reembursed
