@Daarek3A There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to do that. Are you using the correct country code?

As a matter of interest, if both you and the person you're texting use WhatsApp over WiFi you can text, call and have video calls for free, no matter what country you're calling.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If sending to an international number, you probably have a spend cap on your account.
