o2 lack of internet in my town

how long can take o2 to sort 3g in my town?

2 months so far and counting . help anyone?

O2 never release any updates.
If it is showing as a fault it means they are working on it but that's all we know.
Mines been out in the Town centre since October 😞

It's now apparently half fixed but still overloaded to the point that you can't get any data to download 😞

I think I would be inclined to complain I know they dont guarantee service but nearly 6 months is out of order big time

Welcome to the world of poor signal.
