o2 iPhone 14 Plus

Hi, I preordered my iPhone14plus on Friday at time of them going live, I spoke on the phone to a gentleman who told me i'd get the handset on the 16th (Friday, three iPhones are due out that day) 

I was looking on the web for cases, as I somehow got to seeing the phone was due on 7th of october, being confused I googled and got conflicting info and now unsure as to 
a) Why i was told the 16th then?

b)  when the handset will arrive, 

can someone please take a look at my account and advise

As per information from apple, Iphone 14, pro and max starting sale on 16/9/2022 and 14 plus starting on 7/10/2022.

I think the person you spoke to got confused, as Apple have staggered all the ship dates (for a change)...

The pre-orders are open now for delivery on the:

iPhone 14 - 16th September

iPhone 14 Plus - Approx 7th October 

iPhone Pro - Approx 11th October

iPhone Pro Max - Approx 18th October

This is based on the latest data from Apple and Apple prioritise their own orders before fulfilling any other retailer
