I have been lock out by o2 fraud team as I noticed a fraud order for an iPhone 15 pro Max I phone up o2 and got this from being sent out which was then cancelled. The o2 fraud team accidentally lock me out of my Phone I need this number as I have Cancer which has been caught early, and the fraud team are not responding to my request this it is an absolute disgrace. I am seriously thinking of leaving o2 if they don't resolve this issue. I have phoned them so far 10 times.
