Hi i can't send a text or make calls and dont have any network coverage is o2 down in Bolton

Ive checked it says its fine , but down detector is reporting problems in my area

O2 have said its back up and running yet my phone isnt ? Ive restarted it enough times and still nothing

so i know it went down before but now its says its back up and running yet my phone samsung galaxy s10+ is still not working my girlfriends has been fine all day how ever we have been on different sides of town ? Whats going on O2
