Hi, I just came back from my holyday about 1 month and o2 charge me 450pounds

I think its because of i wasnt connected with the service. (I was using Korean SIM)

It looks like some kind of recoccection fee or something.

If it is, is it negotiable?

I cant pay that at the same time ;(

thank you.

They have misunderstood and instead thought that you wanted to end your monthly contract early which has meant you would have to pay the early termination fee.

You need to speak to O2 about this.

Seems a lot, unless it was early terminiation fee, as in you asked them to cancel your contract when you left for example?

Can't be usage charges as you have not used your SIM when abroad as you stated.

What does it say in MyO2 when you view your bills??

You don't get charged for using a non O2 SIM. It has to be for something else.
Check in "MY O2" for a breakdown of your charges.

That means you cancelled your O2 contract and it is what you owe to O2 to end it.

Did you want to cancel the contract or is it an error?

I think something's obviously been lost in translation.

Did you happen to speak to o2's Online Live Chat before you left the Uk ?

Ring O2 on From a landline 0844 809 0202 & 5p / min ASAP.
