There is a known issue with billing that O2 are trying to fix.

Same for me - was told yesterday it would be fixed today - and 24 hours later have been told - not fixed yet. They should put a notice up to say working on fault rather than try again in a few minutes. **** service on live chat and **** service on the phone - everyone saying they have not been updated.

IT faults can take longer to fix, and I the fix overnight would have been an finger in the air guess by someone, and billing / payment systems are beasts to fix....  @PATRICK5

@Darren7

You can always call 0800 902 0217  from any other phone or Skype to make payment, and the late payment fee is £6 and I would expect o2 to waive this if payment is late due to system issues.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Hi @RafaC .

Looks like in fixing the problem they have created a new one.

Previously if you wanted to see older bills you could choose the bill from a drop down just above the 14.17 on my bill.

This has disappeared, meaning you can only see the most recent one.

Can you get the IT people back on the case?

Hey @gmarkj thanks for the heads up. O2 is already aware of that and working to fix it in the next few days.
