Sorry to have first post as a negative but...

I can live with the fact that my SIM hasn't arrived (time of year will add to delay) (even though another network has delivered a SIM at no charge through a courier.

What I'm not impressed with is I'm currently being charged for the days when I don't even have the SIM so I cant use the service.

bought online so I think I have time to cancel the contract ?

O2 are at the mercy of Royal Mail

Once up and running you can phone O2 and they will credit the days from purchase to connection

If you want to cancel you must do it within 14 days

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
