If the sim is the same size, just put it in the new phone.
If you need a different size sim, get one from CS or an O2 shop and just do a sim swap.
The shop will do this for you or you can do it online

If it takes a different sized sim then pop into your local O2 store and they will supply a new sim and transfer your number and credit.

Contact details if you need to get in touch with CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Be aware that a sim swap may take upto 24 hours to complete fully so don't do when you are expecting an urgent phone call, just in case, but it usually only takes a few mins.
Keep rebooting the new phone/sim to help speed it up once you have started the process.
Good luck slight_smile

You need to get your O2 friend or family member to apply for the discount again. It doesn't just transfer over.

Just to clarify as you asked in your post the Swapmysim will also move any Credit from the old sim to the new one. Up to £350 I believe.

You'll know a sim swap has started as the service on your old sim will have stopped. Turn your new phone off and on every 30 minutes or so to help the re connection
