Hi, my phone was stolen in Mexico a couple of months ago so I got a replacement sim sent home. My mum sent it to me via post but it has never arrived. I need a sim sent to my home and then my friends will bring it out to me. I cannot ring o2 with phone i have here so please help

Thanks, would work if they actually answered when i call via skype... hours spent waiting for them, terrible

Don't hang on. If not answered in say 30 or 40 min hang up and call again

Surprisingly you have a better chance that way

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
