need a smaller sim???

I currently have a micro sim for my Nokia limia but have just ordered an iphone 5 and it requires a nano sim which is a lot smaller how do i go about getting a smaller sim with the same number and tarrif is it as simple as going in to an o2 shop or is their any hassle with it any advice is appreciated

Simply go instore and ask for one. They will transfer your number for you.

 

You will need to change the data to idata via customer service.

In store or order one on line - Simple as that.
The store will transfer everything for you or you can fill out a form if you do it on line.

Theirs only an option if u have a sim to switch to but not any way of getting a new one sent out
