i need to speak to an adviser about my bill

It is saying I have not paid but I paid yesterday it is on my bank statement. I have had loads of calls saying I will not be able to use phone. I am not happy as I have paid

The system takes 24-48 hours to update when a payment is made

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
