I have an   extra amount on my bill this month which I have not had before and it is called All Rounder for Iphone?  There seems to be little indication as to what this is.  Is it because I have gone over my minutes or time/space for using the internet on it?  Lorneslady

You don't get charged for going over your data allowance and charges for going over your minutes would appear in the usage.

Others have queried this but I think you need to call 202 to clarify exactly what this is.

I have tried 202 on my phone and does not work.  I have written to o2 and the live chat is always busy or not working so not sure what to do.  Community emailer sent me a personal email saying I should click on suscriptions and bookmarks under my profile but does not seem to have anything to do with my mobile account!!

Community emailer is a messge from the forum software asking you to choose your settings, and is nothing to do with your mobile account.
