look for idea on tariff

Hi I am looking for a tariff around ￡15/month and hoping for more data. Have seen in the deals there is a tariff of ￡16 for 5GB. I have an O2 sim now. Is it possible for just apply a tariff without changing phone number? How can I do for that? Besides is this sim deal possible to receive messages from non-euro countries, if so how to charge? Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous yes you can upgrade your existing tariff in your myo2 or if you are after a new phone as well you could visit your local o2 store to upgrade

Hi @Anonymous I changed my tariff a couple of times. Originally I did this by contacting customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  after that I could do it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you are in the UK you will be able to receive calls from abroad with no charge to yourself

I would also adise on the 10gb for 19.0 a month an extra 3.00 for 5 gb well worth it if your going to use that ammount.

Number can be moved over but has to be active.!
