whats up with this live chat. it says what account you want help with so I click my O2 account  then it says  what type of account do you have but when I click the arrow nothing is listed

Hi Stan2,

 

I've checked my end and the live chat is working fine.

 

Select the arrow and then you can scroll down to view the account options, you can then start a live chat.

 

Have you tried using another device?

as You can see by my screenshot where I have marked it in yellow, there is no options to click on just says same

Try a different browser, or clear your browser cache / cookies, as I see this a lot with the mobile live chat instances.

I have tried google chrome, I did think it was because of ADBlock I have on chrome but its not as I turned that off. I also tried Microsoft Edge which also have ADBlock but I also turned that off, and still same also cleared out my cache and cookies too
