keeping my old phone number

When can I change my new temporary mobile phone number back to my old business one - I have tried to contact o2 most of today but still no success - can this be done on-line - thank you.

You just need to call 8002 to migrate your number.
Early mornings are best around 8-8.30am

yes thanks marjo " all sorted, my old number is now back with me, but because it was on a friday post (end of working week) when l recived my posted new sim from O2 ,my old sim will have to be used till next week (two working days requirment). The new sim sent on Friday can then be loaded and used probably from this coming Tuesday next week - then the old sim can be discarded...t think.
