my new phone requires nano SIM. how can I keep existing number on new nano card. done the text swap thing and still nothing

@Anonymous Have you switched your phone off and back on again? How long ago did you do the swap? It can take 24 hours for it to register on the system.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

switched it off didn't work. about 3hrs ago now. my new nano may not be activated. says emergency calls only

It won’t start until tomorrow.
Once your old sim switches off reboot the phone with the new sim in every half hour.
It may take upto 4 hours to come online.
