Apologies if this has been asked. I did search but couldnt find anything.
I'm planning on getting the 5S on refresh on friday. I am wondering how the upgrade process works.
Next year If I want to upgrade to the latest iPhone I will have to pay my phone plan off.
To then get a new phone I'll have to pay the upfront costs and then carry on paying for the new handset monthly.
My question is; will I open a new 24 month contract for the phone plan? Or do I pay the handset off over the remaininding length of my current 24 month deal, which would make the phone plan be fairly expensive?
Thanks in advance
Ben

on refresh the phone plan would be a new 24 month term.
Not shure about the tariff bit that may also restart as a new 24 month plan?

When you have paid off the phone on a Refresh contract the price drops to cover the line rental only.
If you decide to upgrade you will start a new Refresh contract and the old line rental ceases.
