Hi Do I need to get a new SIm for the iPhone 12?

 It takes Nano and E sim (dual)

I have Iphone 8  with O2 nano sim in it

If you are in a 5g area and wish to use 5g, yes, you will need a new sim.

If you are only able to get 4g, just use your old sim from iPhone 8.

Anyy o2 store will swap your sim for free if needed.

You only need a new sim if you want to use 5G.
You can either order this via customer services or in store.
