I want to upgrade my iPhone X.
I’m interested in upgrading to the iPhone 12 5G in purple which if I have it with 64Gb RAM and 25Gb data will cost £36.17 a month over 36 months.

However I would really like 128Gb RAM but cannot find an option for that.

Can you tell me if that option is available and if so how much a month it would be over 36 months?
many thanks.

@GBF

O2 are only selling the 64gb version of the iPhone 12 now.

If you want 128gb you will need to go for the iPhone 13 https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/apple/iphone-13?contractType=paymonthly#contractType=paymonthly

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MI5 has pointed you in the direction of the iPhone 13 and that might be a better buy in the long term.
