I placed an order for an iPad last night, never had full confirmation and it said an error had occurred. Wanting to try again today but there is a pending charge for the upfront payment showing in my bank, will this be returned or is the order likely to be processed? Obviously I don’t want to end up with two iPads.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
