iPad data roaming isn’t working

Hello we are abroad at the moment and the data roaming on the iPad we have with o2 isn’t working. I checked data and brought a bolt on to add more as it was low but it still isn’t working. Can you help me sort this please.

These are some tips to try :

  •   Reboot the iPad.
  •   Manually search for a different network
  •   Change data APN to  mobile.o2.co.uk
  •   Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
  •   Or if you message O2 using the social media links below the banner in this message, they should be able to help you with this
