i phone 5s sim change

i have upgraded to an i phone 5s picked it up in store today and with it beeing an upgrade should i be able to go back in shop tomorrow and given a micro sim with my same no on it as when i collected it today nothing was mentioned about a sim and they never gave me 1 with it ?? the phone i have upgraded from is a blackberry z10

Yes you should be able to do that instore. Also if you ask them they should be able to transfer everything over to the new sim for you and even start a sim swap.

However if you want to do the sim swap yourself, after you get your new sim ...use this help link

The swap should take anything from a few minutes to 24 hours to complete, remember to keep turning your phone on & off to see if you get signal

As above but you need a Nano sim for an iPhone 5s.
