Hello i have sent a pac code to keep my old number but you have advised i have a new number and the sim is being sent.  How do i switch back to my old number. Thank you

It should only be temporary. Did you request a new SIM? I'm still using previous SIM card from my last phone. 

Call o2 to advise them to switch to your old number and quote the PAC code although that is really used when switching to other networks.
