The update for my galaxy s4 has made the phone continually stick whatever im doing on it. I need to get rid of it. How do i? Any body got ideas how to talk to a person on 02 because i dont seem to be able im getting the message.......the selected network unavailable. Can u please help?

If still get "Not registered on Network" after the reset, you need to reflash your modem http://www.w0lfdroid.com/2013/10/How-to-Fix-Wrong-IMEI-No-Network-Galaxy-S3-S4-Note2.html?m=1

Have a look in the andriod section lost of help with update problems look for the guide by @Mi5

No. Will that wipe my contacts and everything else from my phone? Ive uploaded the info on kies i hope.

Yes it will wipe everything but it is highly recommended after an update I had similar problems with mine after reset great contacts should be saved to google same as apps

Some of the updates have been screwing with the IMEI number 😞
